Hmm difficult to answer that one Rebecca...do you have any video i could see...I expect that there is an issue in his back or neck when you collect him, it maybe rider induced or it maybe because of a physical issue he has. Does he only do it when you collect him? You can send me a video or post it on youtube for me to see, and I will take a look ;-)
