Kevin..hmm I cant speak from personal experience but my male clients inform me that tight underwear is helpful and also a saddle that is big enough and shaped right for you. A guy in a saddle that is too small or too lifted in the pommel can cause this problem. Also make sure yur seat is balanceed and you are not on your fork, that is you are on a three point seat and not to much on your pubic arch.
